Sales Manager

The Sales Manager has significant experience selling to Tier 1 auto dealerships and has cultivated great relationships with key stakeholders at these dealerships over their years of experience. This position is responsible for sales, and retention of best-in-class auto dealership interaction software for sales enablement.

We are looking for a driven individual who sets aggressive but achievable goals for themselves and consistently exceeds these targets.

What you will do:

  • Build a strong sales pipeline of in-person and virtual demonstrations of the Winnow offerings (WinnowChat data and Lead Generation services)
  • Meet with decision makers at auto dealerships to build and leverage relations for conquest sales and recommendations for product offering enhancements
  • Develop sales collateral, make client presentations and build new sales channels
  • Maintain strong relations with existing clients to ensure retention and win referrals
  • Work with internal teams to improve the overall offering & develop tools to improve sales
  • Collaborate with other sales managers nationally to share best practices and create sales offerings / incentives to drive sales

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of automotive software sales.
  • 3+ years of automotive experience in selling software sales or digital marketing related services is a plus
  • Great working knowledge of automotive software and the competitive landscape
  • Driven and motivated with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent at verbal and written communication.
  • An understanding of a customer’s key business drivers
  • A problem solver who has the client always at the top of their mind
  • Willingness and ability to travel to drive sales
